Pixelmator Giveaway
I have been using the excellent Pixelmator for over 12 months now and it easily became my image editor of choice.
The Pixelmator Team have kindly given me ONE free license to give away to a lucky Fruit Bytes visitor, worth $59.
All you need to do to enter is leave a message in the comments section and all entrants will be placed into a draw which will take place in 7 days time. The lucky winner will be informed by e-mail and it will also be announced here.

I’ve always wanted to apply effects to a photo which creates the illusion that you’re looking at a miniature model, like the examples here. It seemed, though, that all the tutorials for creating such effects were done using Photoshop – a program I don’t use. I couldn’t find any tutorials for doing the same thing

I installed the trial version of Pixelmator a couple of weeks ago instead of my old & bloated version of Photoshop, and I’ve been impressed so far.
If I’m lucky enough to win a licence it’ll be a bonus – if not I’ll be buying one anyway!
